Shipping Policy:

Your statement Tees and personalized gifts will ship within 7 business days.

No Shipping on weekend days or holidays.

Please add 2-5 business days for shipping time.

Custom shirts:

There is a 5-7 business-day processing time for orders under 25 pieces.

Please add 2-4 business days for shipping time.

Turnaround time for 25+ shirts is 2 weeks.

Contact us for rush orders (starts at $25).

Local pickup in Apopka, FL is available.

Once your package has been received by the delivery service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between the buyer and the shipping company.

Returns Due to Covid:

No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Please check size charts for correct sizing.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if an error (wrong size, misspelled, etc.) was made on our behalf.

Remember it is your responsibility as a customer to fully inspect your purchase when receiving the items.

You only have 3 days once the product has been delivered to request a replacement.

To request a replacement, send an email to info@preppysocialite.com, and we will email a return label to you with pre-paid postage.

We will process your replacement within 2-5 business days.
