Returns
Due to Covid, no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if an error (wrong size, misspelled, etc.) was made on our behalf. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to info@preppysocialite.com, and we will email a return label to you with pre-paid postage.
